Apply directly to center of lips and sweep outwards to the perimeter. Gradually blend the color with the applicator for a seamless finish. For saturated color, swipe additional layers for buildable, fuller coverage. Press lips together 2-3 times to evenly distribute color. Pair with a coordinating TOM FORD Runway Lip Pencil to enhance the dimension of lips.
