If your order has shipped, you’ll see the tracking number, if available. Click on it to view the delivery status. We cannot ship orders to locations outside the United States and its territories at this time.

TOM FORD BEAUTY accepts returns for products purchased from TOMFORDBEAUTY.com only, and all returns are inspected upon return. Products purchased from TOMFORDBEAUTY.com must be returned in new or gently used condition and within 60* days from date of purchase. Additionally, returns of items that qualified for a free promotional item(s) must be returned with the free promotional item(s). Please note: Items noted as final sale or not-returnable are not eligible for exchange or return. TOMFORDBEAUTY.com monitors return activity and reserves the right to deny returns that, in its sole discretion, do not meet the return policy requirements, in instances of abuse, or for items that were re-sent at no cost in a good faith gesture following a report of non-receipt.

For items returned within our returns policy, the purchase price will be refunded to the original form of payment.
If you would like to exchange a product(s), simply return the unwanted product(s). Returns will be processed within 3 business days of receipt at our warehouse, and you will receive a credit confirmation with your refund amount once your return has been fully processed. The time to post a credit to your account can vary and is determined by the issuing bank. Please contact the issuing bank for details.

Carefully pack items into the box. Seal the box and affix the prepaid label to the outside.
SHIP IT
Take the package to any UPS location or request a pickup by contacting UPS at 1-800-PICKUPS (subject to UPS fees). Full instructions are included in the return label email.
Most items may be shipped to a P.O. Box or Military APO/FPO addresses, but some restrictions apply. Orders being sent to P.O. Boxes or Military APO/FPO addresses must be shipped via the United States Postal Service and cannot be shipped via 2nd Day or Overnight Priority service.
When your order arrives, please inspect the package for any damage that may have occurred during shipment. It is normal for the shipping carton to show some wear, however, if damage occurred to the item(s) in your shipment, please retain the box, the packing materials, and the items inside and contact us immediately for assistance via <<CHAT>> or via phone at (1-888-TOM-FORD). If you are unable to retain the contents due to the extent of damage, handle with care to take a photo of damaged item(s), and then safely discard of the damaged contents.

Lost, missing, wrong and damaged items must be reported immediately upon receipt of the shipment, and any damaged, wrong, missing items must be retained (including the shipper). TOMFORDBEAUTY.com reserves the right to limit or deny the reshipment or credit of an order/item in all instances. TOMFORDBEAUTY.com is not responsible for damaged products in orders delivered to a forwarding company. Once a package is received by a forwarding company, it is the responsibility of the forwarding company.
If the tracking information for your package is confirmed delivered, and you are unable to locate the delivered package please:
-Check with neighbors and family members
-Look around the delivery location
-Check for notice of attempted delivery
-Wait a full 24 hours from the noted delivery date
-After 24 hours contact the carrier directly who can assist further

TOM FORD BEAUTY regrets that TOM FORD BEAUTY must limit orders to no more than eight (8) of any item and 14 total items per customer.
