- Step 1: Perfect the eye area by sweeping a neutral shade across your eyelids to create a smooth, even canvas for the rest of your eyeshadow.
- Step 2: Highlight with a shimmery shade to the inner corners of your eyes and beneath your brow bone to bring out subtle highlights and add dimensional luminosity.
- Step 3: Sculpt with a medium or dark shade to contour your crease and outer corners, building up depth and allowing for your preferred intensity.
- Step 4: Define the eyes by applying a concentrated, darker shade along the crease and lash line, enhancing definition and bringing sculpted depth to your eyes.
- Prime first – use the TOM FORD BEAUTY primer or concealer to prevent creasing and boost color payoff.
- Choose the right tools – use sponge-tip applicators or flat brushes to build coverage, fluffy brushes for blending, and small brushes for detailed work.
- Blend well – build color slowly with soft, back-and-forth and circular motions for seamless edges.
- Work light to deep – highlight with light shades, add depth with mid-tones, finish with definition from the deep shades.
- Complement your eye shape – adjust placement of color, texture and intensity depending on your eye shape and desired makeup look.
